Elandra - a new apartment living concept

A boutique development of just 15 apartments, Elandra was the unveiling of the unique Settler's Cove concept for spacious and private luxury apartment living, creating a benchmark standard on which forthcoming stages could seek to surpass.

The opening of the first display apartment in early 2007 sparked an immediate response from the market, delivering a total sell-out of this first stage prior to its completion later that year, which ensured that the second stage, Riverlight, was confidently received by off-the-plan buyers.
